Appears I had to call yet again, about a fast track order that was not handled as a fast track order. The customer service rep was very nice and immediately refunded my fast track fees. Another $15.00 lost due to CGC since they have been unable to deliver (at least in my last two cases) on an extra service that was paid for. So instead of having a book back 5 days ago, I have a book sitting  in limbo. Outstanding.

I got my first reject too

One of my books, no prescreen, was sticky? Weird! It was gifted to me but other books from the same person got graded so idk, win and lose, but at least I got the grading credited back to me! That is awesome as another sub is to be delivered today. Hope for no more rejects though yowzah 🤮 🤢

I shipped three modern books for a 9.8 PreScreen on Saturday, 05/18/2024. They were delivered on Tuesday, 05/22/2024. They were marked as received on Thursday, 05/24/2024. They were marked scheduled for grading with just a few days. On Friday, 05/31/2024, they were marked as Encapsulation/Quality Control. On Monday, 06/03/2024, they were marked as Grading/Quality Control, and they have stayed that way this entire week.

Is it just me, or is it unusual for books to be marked as "Encapsulation/Quality Control," and then be marked as "Grading/Quality Control?"
