current turn around rates at CGC 80 80

I have two different Economy Fast Track invoices (long story) that both were received on 10/31 that are sitting in "graded" and "should ship next week"

 

Does anyone know what days CGC is closed during Xmas/NewYear?

11/4/13 CGC received of my 26 books sent economy fast track (20 business days).

 

They were only graded yesterday (26 business days) - they probably won't ship now for another week to 10 days for a total turn around of of between 32 and 35 business days.
