Value is going to be disappeared soon as soon as all Value books are caught up.   Economy tier is going to be a super slow sloth and turtle combo of all tiers when they are done with Value books then they will turn to Economy books soon.

my books were actually value that were at joeys and didn't make the cutoff, so got called economy. (shrug) 8/12 is well after the cutoff so where are august value books coming from, ccs?

As I recalled, the value tier was on the last day on the form submission online before the prices were increased on April 18, 2021 and the value tier was eliminated afterward.  I barely made it after multiple crashes online.

I submitted my last 5 Value books before May 18, 2021. They allowed everyone to ship all books within a month after the form submissions were accepted in a day before new prices. They received my books on May 16th and updated to "Received" on August 21st, 2021. They shipped my books on 3/15/2022.

3 Modern books - Received on 10/21/2021 and Shipped on 12/30/2021

5 Value books - Received on 10/21/2021 and Shipped on 3/15/2021

2 Standard books - Received on 10/21/2021 and Shipped on 9/13/2021

5 Economy books - Received on 10/21/2021 and still STG.

FYI, I looked at Joeypost's website:  They are currently behind since early July (opening packages, charging and processing).  Your books are still sitting there.  I found two companies are not accepting the new submissions and few well known companies like Hero Restoration LLC is now 29 weeks behind for the regular price for pressing.

I see why your books were not received at CGC before or on May 18th.  Sorry about that. 

I stick with CCS because I need them to remove the restorations on my two books. It's still "Received at CCS" since 10/2/2021. They already removed the restoration but my books are still waiting to be pressed before straight to the grading department.  I think it will be 6 more months.

The trend shows here - Value books are caught up but not Economy books that boards are still waiting back in June/July 2021.  I have a strong feeling that my Economy books will be done in June or July.  It sucks.

I see that CCS TAT's have gone down from 281 business days to 247. On of my 4/11 received submissions is currently sitting at 255 business days from day delivered. Just wondering if anyone else is still in the same boat.

As of this past Saturday I am still SFG for 4 economy received 7/12/21 (SFG 9/2/21). According to current TaT's, I should expect delivery by 5/18/22. Any takers on whether this will happen?

So far nothing but I'll give it another couple days ...did I mention they charged my credit card in February? If I don't hear anything this week, I'll be filing a complaint with BBB. This is unbelievable....

Folks knew the TAT's were long but this is just bad business.  CGC is effectively ghosting customers for months without even being able to give an update as to when the customer could expect their books that they sent in back in Aug '21 and got charged for in Feb '22.  Do you think this is reasonable?

Nope.  My reasoning ->  I own some books I would like to have graded and have been on this chat board for over FOUR years.  I refuse to send in my first submission due to this disgraceful customer service, terrible QC, inconsistent grading standards, and TAT's longer than it would take me to create human life.  Pathetic.

Forgot to add, they keep jacking up the prices.  Other than that, they run a tight ship.
