Well, not the worst sub I’ve ever had, not the best though either.  
 

Cap 2 - came back with resto, which I knew about.  But the slightly brittle PQ is a crock.  The interior isn’t brittle at all.  So, that sucks. 
 

Cap 7 - married cover, I didn’t know about.  But no biggie.  
 

Torch 1 - blue label.  Happy with that. 
 

So, really, just the PQ thing was the only disappointment.

Not sure if this is normal but its been 8 days and my package hasn't been opened 🤨

That is definitely not normal right now. I would text customer support to see what is up.

It is possible that it has been opened and is in the system but is not showing up on your account for some reason.

If you text customer service you will get a reply within a few minutes. The text number is 1 (855) 472-3310. They will answer texts on weekends as well.
