Complete Series in your collection?

63 posts in this topic

Got all of Daredevil, Vol's 1, 2, & 3. I'm one of those freaks who likes all the variants too. Currently working on any comic at all with DD on the cover.

I'm now hitting ASM a little but, but have looooong way to go. For what it's worth, I do have complete runs of short-lived titles like The Tick & Not Brand Echh,

Akira (the one I completed most recently)

Cannon

Maus

Elfquest volumes 1-3 (working on the rest. Have the WARP and EPIC runs of vol. 1)

Omaha The Cat Dancer

Cherry

Deadworld vol. 1-3 and nearly every other appearance.

Xenon: Heavy Metal Warrior

Ex-Mutants

X-Thieves

CSI

Fade From Blue

and plenty of shorter series.

Hmmm. Complete. I don't do very many complete runs, I keep my collection pretty svelte. I think the only thing I have a truly "complete" set of is Cry For Dawn 1-9 with all printings and limited editions and volume 1 of Silver Surfer. Everything in my collection is mostly key books or short runs of books.

Typical stuff

Avengers (all the way to the current issue, minus one annual)

Ex-Mutants (still working on newsstand/direct variants)

Negation (and related one-shots and mini-series)

Amethyst (all series and specials)

The first non-limited series I completed in full was The Thing (1983-1986), off the rack, well-read copies.
