If you check out the prices of Gears of War on EBay you might change your thought.

Just because Gears of War wasn`t pimped here doesn`t mean it is a bad bet.

For what its worth some online stores were limiting the variant to 1 copy per order.

Yeah it seems to have some movement. What's killing me is the leaked pictures of the costume...It has talons and the tweet that calls out Miguel and now they are trying to say its not him???? Now we have clone movement, the clone did not have talons.

I think the best question is why is this Spider-man superior? I won't be surprised if Doc Ock implants his consciousness in Peter Parker. I think that is the most likely outcome. I would absolutely prefer Spider-man 2099 to the combo spidey, but I don't know that we'll get that. Obviously the talons are indicative of Spidey 2099 and the tweet evidences the same. I don't know enough about Dan Slott to make a conclusion about whether or not the Tweet was a red herring, but I'd really like to hear what happened at the strip club. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts they are willing to share?

I've seen ASM #149 nearly double in price in the last week. You might be on to something.

In the Alpha thread, someone commented that an inside source had told him the sidekick would be the son of Ben Reilly. Nothing came of that, but I wonder if the source actually had info pertaining to the Superior development.

 

Or this may be a complete straw grasp. :grin:
