Bat 1 or AF 15?

If u could only have 1 of the following, which would u choose?:

Batman 1, CGC blue 2.5, cover totally reattached with tape, otherwise very nice eye appeal

Or

AF 15, CGC blue 6.5, crow, NO Marvel chipping, excellent eye appeal

+1 on Batman, also for fan reasons rather than value ones.

Incidentally, I just checked the census - surprised to find that there are nearly 10 times as many graded AF15 as there are Batman 1...

Not surprised at all

Batman #1 from 1940. 76 universal graded ones. 40 higher than this one

AF #15 from 1962. 1151 universal. 110 higher.

My heart says go with the Batman 1 because its a rarer book overall, but considering the grade the AF15 is actually more desireable by condition considering it is in the top 10% of AF15s in the census. But considering there are more than 10x as many AF15s, and we're talking a GA key vs a SA key (and probably THE SA key) I'd say go with the Batman since it has great eye appeal.

The supply of slabbed AFs is 10X that of the Bats book and will almost certainly grow even larger.

With that said, AF 15 is Spideys first appearence while Batman #1 comes after

Detective 27, so its not his first appearence.

Tuff call, but I'd lean towards AF15.
