One of the many comics that were practically worthless, and will be again once the dust has settled. Iron Man #55 is the better buy. I don't disagree, but IM55 is already an expensive book whereas Avengers 232 was/is relatively undesirable. These are just being bought up by flippers looking to make some quick cash. Doubtful any bought are being grabbed for long-term collecting. It reminds me of all the excitement around Defenders 27 before Guardians vol2 came out, a book with very little if any heat lingering on it at this point. Personally, I think the Roger Stern run is excellent, and hardly a low period. Though the Milgrom art doesn't do anybody any favors. I mean, this issue still shouldn't be worth anything, don't get me wrong. But it's not a bad era for stories. steveinthecity

TheBigJ
Greetings, No offense to anyone, to each his own, or "one mans trash is another's treasure" Al Milgrom, IMHO, ruined many comics I enjoyed with his pathetic artwork! He was at a LCS signing many years ago as I was picking up my books. When asked if I wanted him to sign anything, I replied, "No Thanks, because your art sucks". I'll never forget the look on his face, but I imagine it wasn't the first or last time he heard that.
