MediumLover
I say speculation is moderate to high risk by definition. "hope of gain but with risk of loss" doesn't convey the danger, the pure gamble I associate with the word.
kimik
Ms. Marvel 1 just tanked compared to the last sales. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=251705140635 And Shazam 28 http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=261650748516 Really expected better.. November has tended to be the worst month for eBay sales for me. I avoid listing anything from October until the post Christmas/early New Year run up. I won a few lots in the Sunday Night Heritage auction for less than my initial bid tonight. This was the first time in a month that I took home anything with lowball bids. There were plenty of low prices to go around. It is just that time of the year. Edited November 10, 2014 by kimik

Aweandlorder
Looks like Ms Marvel 1 (70s) had a huge influence on the market.. I think that you will see PM&IF48 9.8 listed for triple that amount by the time the TV show airs a trailer

I suppose I can see that with the way Marvel has been slowly building up Warlock, heck, even slower than they've been building up Thanos. Avengers vs Thanos in Part 1, Avengers vs Magus/Warlock in Part 2? Either way, good comic to own, great storyline. This run was one of the firsts I read when I got back into collecting earlier last year. (thumbs u
HighStakesComics
I might consider buying the dip on the MM #1 and Shazam #28. Good opportunity to pick up doubles and send them in for grading. By the time you get yours back the market might be less saturated.

(thumbs u I feel that ST 178 is of the 2 most important Warlock books for the development of the character, MP #1 being the other (yeah, not a fan of the FFs and Thors). ST 178 has so much going for it, 1st Magus, 1st Starlin, 1st Warlock as a cosmic superhero, black cover which is super tough in high grade, not to mention how poorly this book was cut on so many copies, nice centering is very hard to find The Warlock / Magus / Thanos story is so amazing it would need its own movie to tell it all properly, maybe GOTG 3? DavidTheDavid
Spe-cu-late definition here Heating up? I guess it's time to sell my personal copy then.. Wow, that's nuts! I mean, great comic to have and lovely condition, but that kind of money?! Heck, I'd be tempted to sell my 9.4. Even at a fraction of that, I'd make some profit. Holy chi...look at the sales curve on this one! Right off the chart! Edited November 11, 2014 by DavidTheDavid
