Ashcan Copies

A recent purchase has gotten me more interested in ashcans.

What are some of the more desireable ashcan prints that are out there?

I just picked up the MTG Ashcan from a boardie and love it.

It goes well with my Gen13 Ashcan.

 

Show what you got and some of the ashcan hotness that is floating around out there.

For me, the Maxx ashcans are at the top of the heap.

 

Other notable mentions:

I keep seeing the one Flash ashcan on ebay but i wasnt sure if it was real or not with the astronomical pricetag attached to it.

Any way to determine a value/put a price on aschan copies?

I have oodles of Ashcans! Tons of Image - Maxx, PITT all sorts of goodies. I have a cool Rune ashcan by BWS. Celebrate the Ashcans! We should start a thread in the Modern Comics thread.

So what's the purpose of the modern Ash Cans? The old ones were for copyright reasons but it looks like the modern ones are just another variant.
