Speaking of Ramos, he just posted some other commissions from this weekend on Facebook and Twitter. You should be able to see some of them here. Is it just me or are all of these a step up from him? He mentions using his new Touch markers, and they seem to make his colors really pop.

From Stephanie Hans painted sketch opp run by Doug/dscott for NYCC. Not the best photo, the camera(phone?) makes the image look rather grainy and lo-res. Really like the cover, though; great pose, face and hair. And Laura always wears bloodspatter well.

Those are pretty nice. Historically, I've thought his sketch covers have been very hit or miss.

Take on the Crain buddy. I think this is more than a worthy challenger.

This piece is awesome but I'm not sure anything can beat that Crain except another Crain. Haha

We will find out if you are right about that my friend. I just posted this one from Rose City Comic Con as a challenger.

The red would attract the eye too much for the Patric Reynolds to win against the Crain, so I used my Mike Lilly it's gots red! lol

Clayton Crain does some of the most awesome sketch covers ever. Yours is awesome! I just posted my Harbinger Wars sketch cover that he did of the Bleeding Monk for me at the Nashville Comic Expo in another thread. I was amazed at how awesome it looks.
