accessndx
And i thought there were 200 eccc. There are/were approximately 200. Then a bunch got signed without being witnessed or numbered. Those are now GLODS or GLOD candidates. There are QUITE A FEW in that category and they are the proverbial red headed stepchildren of the lot. Then there are the untouched, pristine few that were unsigned and not numbered. Those are your Universal blues or Universal candidates. There are obviously fewer of those and even fewer in 9.8 or higher quaility. So there's a spectrum of rare that needs to be acknowledged.

steadybeasie
I agree that the 9.9 Eccc is also rare but according to earlier comments if I read them correctly rarity is based on how many books were put out.

That is the nature of any collectible. Rarity means the frequency at which they can be obtained. The other factors being condition and demand. Vikingreed
I agree that the 9.9 Eccc is also rare but according to earlier comments if I read them correctly rarity is based on how many books were put out. I was being facetious, which is hard to convey on a message board. A Universal/Universal candidate of an ECCC #1 is a very hard book to find. I do not know the total number that exist, but I am confident that number is less than 50. All Five Ghost 9.9s are over the top awesome, and to own any is a great feat for a Five Ghost fan. No doubt. I do not have an answer to "what should be worth how much." They are all great books.

I saw those Watcher eyes on a Marvel comic, then they were bouncing around my LCS in plastic bags, and now they are on a Third Eye cover. Weird, huh ? Frank J. Barbiere
Those are the only two variants for #13--Heroes' Haven and Third Eye Comics were kind enough to have exclusives. You can get them from both of the retailers online...here's the specific link for HH: http://store.heroeshavencomics.com/pre-orders/1250169-five-ghosts.html We'll also have orderable sketch covers for #13. Go to your retailer NOW and ask them to order them from Diamond. #13's orders are due MONDAY 9/29. The order code for sketch covers is JUL148416. I'm not sure Chris and I will have any at NYCC, unfortunately...just won't ship in time. We also have really exciting stuff on the TV front. Can't announce anything yet, but stuff is churning forward...this certainly won't be one of the "potential shows" that got announced then disappeared Edited September 23, 2014 by Frank J.
