This is the thread to request full set additions to the CGC Registry. (Requests for expansions can be made in the thread dedicated to those requests) There must be more than one issue/book in the set or graded by CGC to create a set. You can add your request to this thread, just please only request a title once and check to make sure that the set does not already exist on the registry.

 

Below is the list of sets currently up for addition based upon previous requests.

As before, each set will be marked as DONE when they are finished. (or if I have any notes or questions, that will be noted instead).

Once I have completed this list I will create a new list of the requests that are featured in this thread, so please try to only request a title once and then be patient for the new thread (it helps to skim through and make sure another user hasn’t requested it already, too)…thanks!

 

Just to clarify:

-Any request for a "custom" or specialized set will need a list to be provided. The complete list can be posted, PM'd or e-mailed to me. If a list is not provided by the time I reach the request it will be moved to the end of the list.

-Any request for a "custom" or specialized set requires that I build it slot-by-slot which takes considerably longer than normal sets, so this will slow down progress.

Fall of the Mutants

Inferno

X-Tinction Agenda

 

You have the Mutant Massacre storyline done as a Set Category, and since these all exist on the registry already, it shouldn't be difficult to just group them together into these new Set Categories.

 

Anyway, just tossing it out there for you to consider. :)

Would it be possible to add a "Sketch Cover Set" putting all the sketch cover blanks in one set & allowing for multiple entries of the same comic book.

 

Maybe you could add 10-15 slots per title for starters & deny any duplicate serial numbers to keep it fair.

 

There are many sketch cover collectors on the boards

If you think about it there arent really any duplicates. Each comic is unique in itself.

 

 

 

Being a big fan of original art, I believe this would quickly become very popular.

Good luck building a list for this one. I tried a few requests back but around 200 crossing between DC, Marvel, Image, IDW, and all the others not to mention Convention specific blanks was a pain in the *word_for _rear_end*

Hi Gemma,

 

Could I suggest that you have a new (or combined) League of Extraordinary Gentlemen set containing everything in one set? The first series set is on the small side with only 6 comics and the second series set has only one registered set (!) so it might make sense to combine them and also add in the other LoEG books as well.

 

Suggested contents:

 

Vol. 1: #1 - 6 (standard comics)

Vol. 1: #1 Dynamic Forces variant

Vol. 1: #1 Circuit City / DVD Special Edition reprint

Vol. 1: #5 Recalled variant
