I would like to know what people think the grade is now and what it could be after a clean and press

6.5-7.0 after a C&P, again, color breaking spine & staple stress will still be visible, corners are rounded & the LLC is impacted.

Wow I must be off, I was thinking 4.5/5.0 Looks like there is a CBC in the bottom right corner, plus the spine tics then the rounded corners and the back cover looks like there is a crease. Damn I suck

There's a lot of spine ticks buried in the yellow cover, and I think there may be a cover length spine crease as well. LLC and ULC seem to have some stuff going on as well. I'd guess it's about a 5.5-6.0 right now, that could possibly be bumped up .5 with a clean and press.

I just finished packing up this along with some others to ship to Joey and then they will be off to the CGC. I'll post the results when I get them.

 

Last question - don't know if I want the answer was $200 too much for this book?

Looks no worse than 5.5...definitely as shot at FN...not sure on the press/clean business...

Surprised me and came back a 7.5! I was thinking it would get a 5.5-6.0
