ecgt
That's a beauty, Bob. I'm really impressed by the condition of the interior cover. Definitely deserving of the 8.0 grade.

topcat54
So if you have a book that is a double cover but the outer cover is detached can it still be graded as double cover? The Flintstones At The Worlds Fair souvenir comic. Any info would be great.

The Flintstones At The Worlds Fair souvenir comic. Any info would be great. It depends on what you mean by detached. For squarebound books like Marvel Giant-Size and DC 100 pagers, the outer cover is always detached because only the inner covers would be glued to the book. I don't know what CGC would do with a detached cover on a regular staple bound book. I suspect Qualified if you wanted both covers graded.
topcat54
It's not square bound it is 1 with 2 staples

Fan Boy
Got a question regarding one comic book I just found. While I'm aware this thread is for double covers, is there a thread for triple covers? I have "Spider-Man Unlimited" #1 with 3 covers stapled in.
