Pressing and tipping. What's your strategy?

12 posts in this topic

For those players who press their bets at the BJ table, how do you determine when the 'hot streak' is over? Do you continue pressing after a loss?

And when do you tip your dealer? After every big win, once every few hands, or when you are all finished playing?

Just curious.

I'd also like to mention that I enjoy collecting comic books.

Don't they have any online gambling forums where you could ask your question? I never gamble, so I have no idea about your question. If it wasn't for watching James Bond movies, I wouldn't even know that casino dealers get tips.

The hot streak is over when the girl with the braces shows up.

I thought this was about having your tips pressed.

Like if someone tips you a nice 20 dollar bill, but it's got some creases and wrinkles in it

New study finds that people tend to spend money faster if its old and wrinkly cause you equate that to someone else having touched it. So if your trying to save that may be a good idea

When the count changes, or the concept of 'gambler's fallacy' sinks in.
