Here's a fun one I just received.  Didn't look to closely at the book photos but in hand other than the ink it's actually pretty structurally sound.

It was a long day at work, and I'm a little slow, but I was curious what newspaper spent decades stuck to it to leave the ink, so I did a photo and reverse imaged it. 

Weight loss ad?  Wait, the inside cover bled through in spectacular  fashion 😄

The monkey makes all 3 covers for me. He’s just so damn animated in all 3 covers. Running, hitting, holding on for dear life…just fantastic…

30 years in the business Joe? He was only 28 years old at the time…lol

Joe started when he was 13, so he had 15 years in the biz by that time.  I'm not sure about Maurer, but the number might not have been too far from the truth of their collective experience.
