Silver Surfer
I was pretty surprised to win this for only $190 on eBay. Surprised and happy! Hey Andy I wonder if it was the same seller who sold me this book?
The-Collector
I was pretty surprised to win this for only $190 on eBay. Surprised and happy! I was going to bid on that one but thought it would go too high so didn't bother
originalisbest
I was pretty surprised to win this for only $190 on eBay. Surprised and happy! Have always loved this cover much more than Mystic 18 -- wow! What a rip at that grade and appearance. Great for you the buyer! Were I the seller, I'd be peeved at my poor auction luck! Jayman
I was pretty surprised to win this for only $190 on eBay. Surprised and happy! For that price in the condition its in, you've got to consider that an early Christmas present! My favorite Mystic issue hands down. Read Dorthy's Doll... october
Will give it a read! I think the cover is about on par with 18. Overall, I think 28 (and possibly 32) are my favorites. I like the full cover art. I find the three left margin insets kind of distracting.
Jayman
Good choices! As far as cover only favorites, I would also add 10, 19 and 30 with that creepy skeleton guy with the eye in the socket!
jimjum12
I like 19 a lot as well...... but no one has mentioned another favorite of mine, Mystic 24..... GOD BLESS.... -jimbo(a friend of jesus)
Jayman
Oh yeah, the classic ripping off the face cover! A nice blend of horror and scifi!

GOD BLESS.... -jimbo(a friend of jesus) Mystic 26 is probably a top 3 Mystic cover for me, a true decapitation cover (rare for atlas), great composition, impossible in high grade, don't think I have seen anything slabbed over a 6.0. Johnny545
I can't get into Mystic 17 (I mean no disrespect). I think the cover is attributed to Brodsky, which looks right to me. Generally there are a few covers by Brodsky I like, but none that I am really drawn too. Edited December 10, 2015 by Johnny545
Robot Man
No love for #17? This is my favorite. I looked forever to find that one. It was the last one I needed for my Mystic run. I finally scored one from Ted at Superworld.

Because the way the face is drawn it always looked like the vampire was wearing glasses to me! Just one of my least favorite covers. Can anybody vouche for the stories inside? Darth Corgi
No love for #17? This is my favorite. Awesome! Gotta love this cover gang. It's the famous air guitar vampire cover. Speaking off, I love how Atlas Precodes were the leader of depicting vampires with huge bat wings in their books... Something that has gone by the wayside in modern depictions of vampires. They truly look menacing with a human like form and sharp pointy wings jutting out of their backs. Good stuff. Gotta live Precode horror.
