Like the opening scene was really good.

 

It made me want to finish the book. Even when I found out what the book was about!

It's a mini, thus downgraded in the spec. world....

A mini could mean that the story is really only that size, or it could mean that the publisher doesn't truly believe in the comic and is giving it a shot....On the flip side though, probably a smaller print run...
