They sure look like file copies, but the guy I bought them from didn't know anything like that.  The seller told me he always bought the highest graded things he could find, and he was right.  In the collection I just bought there are about 100 absolutely gorgeous SA & GA comics.  I'm sure they're all 9.0 and above.  He sent the 9.6 First Romance 2 in to CGC to "test the waters".  That comic is the highest graded on the census so it makes me wonder how many other of these are going to be "highest graded".  Fingers crossed!

I haven't posted many Quality covers. They are generally so text heavy with very little implied action but the colors are usually very vivid...and there is a lot of crying, apparently a romance staple...

Either the perspective is all wrong or her secret shame is that her boyfriend is under five feet, and probably under 15...
