I wonder if the con has reached any new nosebleed prices on the Keys ?

Or are they still on a downslope in the aftermath of the financiel crisis?

well yes, on "certain" keys I guess a slight uptick could be produced (mining through GPA data). But the "general picture" seems to be more ... not "meh meh" but more ... flat?
