PGM ASM#31 (1st Gwen Stacey, Harry Osborn)

Please grade my Amazing Spider-man #31. I thought it was in the Very Good range when I bought it but after I took it home and looked at it more closely I noticed the stain at the top of the back cover. The interior is nice and looks unaffected.

Looks 3.5 but I think the stain takes it down to 3.0 for me.

I'd say 4.0 even with stain as it is on back cover

I'm thinking along the lines of 4.0. Not sure if and how much the stain effects the grade at this level? My guess would be very little given it doesn't effect the front cover.

3.5 seems pretty darn right to me!

Since it appears the water damage affects all the pages (and both covers) I would grade it at about 3.0/3.5. I have a CGC GA book with less water damage (and almost unnoticeable staining) which looks like a Fine but has got a 4.5.
