If we're talking earth-born mortals (Thor included due to the Donald Blake thing), it's got to be the Hulk. He's strong anyways, but at Worldbreaker levels (end of Planet Hulk, all of World War Hulk), it was unstoppable.

-Blackbolt was yelling at him and the Hulk still knocked him unconscious and held up his battered body as a warning to Earth's Heroes. I believe this Blackbolt was later determined to be a Skrull, but by that time they got REALLY good at copying powers.

-He busted up Iron Man's Hulkbuster Armor without much effort.

-The Hulk fought his way through the Fantastic Four to get to Reed Richards. The team at the time also consisted of Black Panther and Storm. Reed tried to create a device to stop him. It didn't work.

-Doc Strange joined forces with Zom and had a good chance at beating Hulk, but in the end Hulk still knocked him out and captured him.

-He took on the combined might of X-Calibur, the New X-men, the Astonishing X-men just to get to Professor X and had very little problem. Notable people standing against him were Colossus, a newly repowered Juggernaut (who he did hold at a stalemate before dismissing, a feat once thought impossible), Wolverine, X-23, Shadowcat, Beast, Emma Frost, Nightcrawler, Cyclops, and a host of newbies.

-The Hulk knocked out the Sentry, a man who ripped both Ares and Carnage in half and has been known to throw people into the sun and is regarded by some of the Heroes as the most powerful being on the planet. For once, the Sentry was not holding back and the two expended so much energy that both eventually reverted to their human forms exhausted by the end of the fight. Standing face to face, Bruce Banner punched Robert Reynolds, putting him down for the count.

Bruce proceeded to change into the Hulk and demonstrate why they called him the World Breaker. He started stomping the ground in a fit of rage, causing huge cracks in the ground (it's said that the World Breaker can destroy a world merely by walking across it). He was only stopped because he allowed the heroes to stop him before he destroyed Earth.

...but I guess Thor is kinda strong.

The Beyonder followed by the Owen Reece. Their powers can make themselves stronger than anyone.

The Sentry (surprisingly) took out Owen in Dark Avengers.

The worst idea Marvel's editors ever allowed was the idea that Wolverine's really sharp & really strong knives were any kind of match for the Hulk.

Just stoopid.

Knives.

Hulk.

Stoopid.

Tis true. Give the strongest man in the world some adamantium knives and he still wouldn't be strong enough to force them through steel and the same applys to the Hulks skin.

The Beyonder is probably the strongest person. He only loses to other heroes when he isn't really trying. The Thing once fought him one on one in the short run of Thing comics.

Rogue (my favorite character) has the potential to be physically stronger than any other marvel character besides the Beyonder because of her ability to steal power from others. She could steal the power from the Hulk, Thing and Thor all in one go, but how long would she be able to contain that much power? Only Chris Claremont knows for sure.

Living Triunal is the most powerful being.

The Incredible Hulk is is the strongest in regards to physical strength.

I'm shocked there is an even a debate about these things. heh

From the people on the voting ballot, I give it to The Hulk. That's his power...the Hulk is strongest there is. Given the Beyonder's existence however, as has already been pointed out, I think the one who should win this contest has been left off the ballot.
