Nice offwhite pages for a 1946 book.Some staining,looks like old water damage.

Matte paper cover,don't think it ever had gloss.

BC stains are a real killer. 2.5 Maybe a bit better in hand.

That is some water damage! Thanks for the great scans btw! I'd have to go 2.5 due mainly to the amount of staining/water damage and the overall wear and tear on the book itself!

2.5 is fine. A bit better than a GD, even counting the numerous stains due to water damage.
