slight spine wear (incl paper loss), fc date stamp, fc/bc slight creases/tears, 2" bc crease, 1" bc tear, tear extends through 5 pgs from bc from 1/2" to basically nothing, some "crumpling" from bc through internal pages.

The tears do cloud the situation...at least according to Overstreet, a 1" tear isn't acceptable above a VG'ish, and you have a 1" tear plus an accumulation of more minor interior tears...I'm thinking that's going to technically keep it around a 4.0 or so, although it'll be one of the best presenting 4.0s I've seen. Yep - technically, it's a 4.0, but one of the nicest-presenting 4.0s I've ever seen. I'd be proud to have that in my collection!!!

Very pretty book you have there. And the date stamp to me makes this book even sweeter giving it a place in time.

4.5/5.0. Nice appeal. The date stamp is incorrect though--month and approx day is correct but it was released in 1963, not 1962. Cool full date stamp nonetheless
