2017 was the year I started collecting L.B. Cole and I'm looking forward to collecting more Cole in 2018 (and beyond). Here are all the Cole books I picked up this year.

I was gonna wait until I received these but so excited couldn't wait! I just purchased 2 sketches from the LB Cole Estate Auction that ComicConnect hosted in 2010. Seller was kind enough to discount the nicer more finished one called "Pony Breaker" since I initially bought the rough horses sketch. Both are signed clearly by LB Cole and come with the COAs from the collection. I just thought it was an amazing opportunity to own originals from the master

It was a cover for a magazine in 1966.  I forget the name, but I think it was some kind of rod & gun type of mag.  He did a handful of them but I haven't tracked them down yet.  On my list tho.    Ah, here's another one I just found.:
