I'll go first

 

Plenty of general wear, the several-inch color-breaking crease in the lower right front cover. Is that moisture or a fingerprint of some from in the middle of the front underneath Superboy's right arm?

 

More moisture damage on the front and back and some problems at the staples. I'd say the moisture, mold keeps this at a 3.5

That little oval under the right arm isn't moisture damage. You can see two circles and that oval kind of looks like a skull or at least that's what I call it. It's on all of the 68's. I guess it's from the interior cover printing. Unless you're talking about something else.

I have a copy that was graded 4.5, though not by CGC. Based on that I'd give yours a 3.0 - 3.5
