I'll go first

 

Looks like stress around both staples, particularly the upper. Is that a tear from teh lower part of the upper staple, or just an impact color break? A several-inch color-breaking crease in the lower right front. A couple minor spine tics.

 

The book looks extremely presentable. The color-breaking crease is what hurts this for me and I, personally, can't see a straight Fine, so I'll go 5.0.

Can't see 5.0. I'm in the 6.0 range myself.

I agree re 5.0. The color-breaking creases on the lower right fc and the bottom middle fc collectively take it out of 6.0 range.

Probably between 5.0 and 5.5, because of the large lower right front cover crease, and the staple creases, but would have been a lot better.
