PGM X-Men 109 (and trying out new scanner)

Hello all,

 

Please provide opinions both on the book and on the presentation of the scans (which hopefully show up . . . (I know the back cover white on white scanner will make things harder; the upper right corner of the BC has some small creases).

Depends on that top corner on the BC. Looks like an impact crease, but the corner edge isn't badly blunted. Looks like an 8.5. A press might help it a bit too, maybe 9.0, not sure if it'd go beyond that as the corners aren't quite sharp. Bright whites though. Another nice book!

I agree it looks slightly better than a VF, maybe VF+?

Mine to. Even though they have been in boxes, there is a piece of me that will really miss having these.

Book looks better than vf more leaning towards vf+ 8.5

But yeah, the scans look great but put a colored folder/paper behind so you don't get the glaring whiteness. You need some contrast.
