Offwhite page 7.5 Hulk #1 sold today.

 

Just listed a 6.5, picking up a 4.0/5.0 tomorrow afternoon. Both have offwhite/white pages.

There are 3 #1's up for sale on Ebay right now. Will be interesting to see what they end up at with all the recent sales.

This one is up to $11k with reserve not met. Hulk 1 CG 4.5

The higher prices have certainly brought out a bunch of copies. There were at least 8 copies added to Clink this month (8 still available anyway), some ambitiously priced as usual but one or two that are a little more reasonable (in today's market anyway).

These two auctions were an interesting case study today. Two "entry-level" 0.5's auctioned on the same day, one graded by CGC, the other not. Look at the huge difference in prices realized:

To be fair, the CGC book presents much nicer. Full title, no old nasty tape down the spine.
