8.5 IMHO! Slabbing is a personal preference and I couldn't answer for you. For me I would say no, but that is my preference.

I don`t know for sure about that. I think Overstreet list the price the same with or without the tat`s so I would think CGC would grade it the same way unless the tat has an effect on the story?

Yep. Incomplete green from what I have seen.

I think its about a 9. Worth slabbing? Depends on your intentions with the book I suppose.

I did find a copy on HA that is qualified because of the missing tattooz. Strange that the Overstreet price guide indicates that the value of this book is the same with or without the tattooz but CGC differentiates with the blue and green labels which in essence lowers the books value.
