Here’s the first of two great low grade copies I bought from a boardie.

Very happy, I’d just love to refine my grading skills with lower grades.

The stain brings it down to 3.0 for me. Would've said 3.5-4.0 without it.

In hand I think a 3.0-3.5 max as well. I have to check how the board friend which sold it to me graded it… but surely not a VG.

4.0 IMHO! The book overall presents fairly well. The creasing is not significant and the spine wear only appears moderate. The staining on the front and back is minor as well and shouldn't effect the grade any further at this point!
