Update: Still haven't got my second credit. They really don't respond to messages through ebay... at all. Despite telling me to "message when I place the order so I can get the credit." And when I say "they", I mean the single woman who apparently handles it. I've sent 4-5 messages about the second credit I was supposed to get and... nothing. So I called this morning and the woman I talked to took a note and told me that whenever so-and-so gets in, she will handle it. Still nothing. I imagine I will have to place a few more calls.
