Hi guys, I just purchased this and was hoping to get your feedback. Please take note that the top staple is barely holding on to the cover, but is still attached. The inside of the book is actually deceivingly decent, with not too much wear. The pages are cream/ow, and it's a nice presenter. Major defects on the front and back, it seems, so please feel free to grade based on the front and back. Bottom staple is tight.
