Its so difficult to write the Story of a blonde teenager with superpowers?

The whole DC line up is like this. A generic dark n gritty brand.

No fun. You read one DC NEW 52 COMIC you read them all.(I will give Batman comics a pass, at least their good)

Oh well at least we got Arrow the TV series, and all those great DC animated movies.

My favorite iteration of Supergirl was the period just before the new 52. Especially that one team-up story with Damian. Don't remember exactly what title tnat was though.
