With all the talk of pressing lately, many board members have mentioned that they're going to take a look at the lower end of high grade, rather than uber-graded 9.6s and above.

 

This thread is to celebrate books from all eras in 8.0, 8.5, 9.0 & 9.2 that look pretty darn good!

I just pictured a kid in 1957, seeing that coupon, and thinking "Man, I really want that ice cream, but if I cut out the coupon, this book will get a GLOD when I have it slabbled fifty years from now."

So.. why is that Action 315 a 8.5?? Looks flawless from the scan.

There's a very light stain on the back cover, about the size of a dime. It's so light that I can't tell if it's really on the back cover, or showing through from the inside back cover.
