Any boardies ever claim bankruptcy? Comics Anonymous Group (CAG)

I've been buying way too much stuff lately and a thought came across my mind: Has anyone bought so many comics on here that they went bankrupt or close to it?

 

Thinking legitimately, small comic shop owners who stock heavy on high end comics as 'products' pre-market crash could technically claim bankruptcy which would clear all debt with a potential return on investment in 15 years to possibly double the net worth?

 

Thinking fraudulently, if I were to buy as many AF15, or TEC27s, or whatever holy grail issue you can think of 10 years ago, claim bankruptcy, and hold on to them for 15 years, the return on investment would be pretty high for not paying a penny? That is of course unless the banks seizes your comics as an asset vs. product.

Wasn't there a drug dealer using his profits to buy high end books, and when the DEA took him down the books were seized and auctioned as assets? I would imagine, banks would go after the books as assets just like the Feds did.

Sigh. If you really wanna do this, you have to take cash out of an ATM using your credit cards. You have to do this multiple times over a few years, paying for everything with the cash you took out of the credit cards. You then need to wait another 2-3 years before filing bankruptcy. I've said too much.
