I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around this as a TV show. With the cost of special effects, I don't see how it would be cost effective.

They could be quite expensive, but if it is a large network that wants to make it a showcase show, it could happen.

Anyone think it might be an animated show? That might be the more economical and logical choice for this series. However, Adrian Askarieh has done it before on a tight budget (Trollhunter) with movies. Would love to see live action series...

I was thinking Lost. They did a lot with a little.

Let the audiences mind do the heavy lifting.

I don't think you can have an ongoing television show about giant monsters without showing giant monsters pretty regularly. I think that sort of thing works for something like Lost, which was a totally different show, but I don't believe it would work for something like Enormous.

You may be right.

I'm just trying to be positive here, haha.

Did we ever establish which would be more important/valuable, issue #1 or the treasury?

Also, I can't wait to see where this goes!

I would typically go with 'treasury' since it is the first of it's kind... but I hate dealing with these treasury sized books and I think that'll factor in. Also, considering where we are right now... you can't slab the treasury book either.

Now if someone would like to explain to my why I have two copies of the treasury book, I'm all ears, because I have no idea what to do with them.
