PGM - Avengers #4

Bear with me...there's only one photo of the front. I'm considering purchasing it from a friend of mine who is a bit down on his luck. He's not an accurate grader, unfortunately and since he's moving and trying to sell his home not only is his scanner packed but he doesn't have the time to scan books right now anyway. Please give a rough estimate on what you think this will grade out at based on the photo. Assume the front is in the same shape as the back. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hard to tell,but 1.5/2.0 comes to mind.I hate rusted staples.

I’d say 1.0-1.5 and not better. I think CGC might give it a 1.8, but a 2.0 seems a bit of a stretch for me… Still, an Avengers #4.

1.8 - as long as it's complete and back cover is no worse. I could see as high as 2.0 from CGC.

what everyone else has already said. The staples, the stains, not sure how solid the book is but it has more going against it than for it.
