Thanks. These were the sellers scans on eBay and wanted to confirm his grading. Listed it as VG at 4.0.

 

These scans don't seem the best to me, so I'll upload my own once I receive it. Maybe it'll be a little higher .

unless there's a hidden defect the book looks like a solid 4.5 to me at the least.

I'd go as high as 6.0, with the exception of we really would need to see the extent of that spine tear that comes over on the backside of the book by the lower staple.

 

This is a hard book to judge defects on because of the white cover - it could be hiding a lot of indentions, folds, etc that can be hard to see on the scan.
