I purchased a CGC 9.8 Incredible Hulk #181 last month, and this month I ended up getting a home purchase offer accepted. I close on October 17th. So, I am listing this GRAIL book up for sale. Recent GPA sales have ranged from $10,975 to 12,000 over the past 1.5 months, with one comiclink auction result of $10,800.
