I'm sorry to say this, but with a reported budget of like $150 million, the CGI effects look no better then they did in the original. Other then that I'm curious to see where they go with it.

Looks like they were so busy asking if they could make another Jurassic Park that no one ever stopped to ask if they should.

 

Still looks better than JP3!

Story-wise that may be true, but we really go to see the state-of-the-art sfx and cgi and this looks like it has neither. :(

It really feels like a remake of the first JP.

 

Cautions about making a new dino same as the original Jeff Goldblum "if you should" warning.

Kid in an indoor place hiding from dino.

The "anything that moves" of the new dino sounds like the t-rex "don't move" caution in JP.

Enemy is a "highly intelligent animal" same as the raptors in JP.

 

All that just from a trailer. Gotta wonder how close in ideas to JP the rest will be.
