Another one to trade wait on, I suspect. I like Fraction generally (Casanova and Hawkeye spring to mind), but god knows he's written some rubbish too.

 

I'm interested in Greek myths so expect to read it at some point. That cover is v cool also.

It's pretty rough when I can't even stay interested for a five page preview. Ugh.

Best case, it's a trade wait. It's based on an epic, and it certainly feels like the monthly serialization is going to work against the story.

Interesting concept book, but I don't think they gave enough attention to actual story. If the first issue is merely an introduction and the plot takes off in issue two, I can see this one being great. I'm not holding my breath though.

I tried to give it a chance. I promise I did. But I think I'm realizing my attention span is like a flea and I struggled to follow it. Maybe it's a little too deep.

I know Image did the Age of Bronze series, which was a sort of fictionalized account of the classics. That was really well done though it didn't give the SF re-imagining.

The art was SO bad.

Writing got better as #1 went on, but I'm out.
