This kind of thing is inexcusable.There's not much trust left to be had that your books will be treated carefully or you will even receive back the books you sent. Confidence in CGC is gone.

Looks like the same book, you can tell by the upper left corner, but I'm just stunned... and so sorry that you have to deal with this. @CGC Mike

Probably time to start a list of people, even if just on this forum, who will not submit again, at least till something is done. Hell, 10 names is a start. I subbed 75 books last year. Thats 75 less in the future

They need to start tracking down who does what, and toss them out the door. How in the heck does this type of krap happen?

So some ding bat damages this man's book ( looks like tape pulls ), knows WTF they did, and encapulates it anyway, and out the door. Maybe the owner won't notice?
