It really feels like you in particular have a disproportionately slow experience as compared to others, but I don't yet see anything that would explain that. I looked at your HAR files and the typical delays you experience (as expected) are definitely on the server side. What percentage of your pageloads are longer than say 4 seconds AND show that most of that delay (according to the footer text) was spent on queries? My percentage of that experience is minuscule.
