9.0 for me as long as the upper right corner is not bent in. I've definitely seen IH 181 in 9.0 cases that looked like this book.

Without looking at what others were saying...I thought 8.5. Is that a crease in the upper right front cover...like a 1/4 inch long? If so...maybe 8 then. Hard to tell with just two scans.

8.5 at best, that's with a clean on the back

 

That corner looks creased unless it's a scanner defect but I find it hard to see a 9.0 or greater

 

That being said, I've seen weird grades handed out before
