Thanks to all of you for the well wishes! I am fortunate to be part of a great community and hobby! I have my health and over the past 16 months I have committed myself to a healthy and fitness lifestyle and feel better at 51 than I did at 40. Or 35 for that matter. And I'm committed to helping others reach their goals and improve their lives. Here's what I looked like a few years ago vs today. I'm grateful to have my health and my family and friends!
