It looks like the book had two added staples which were removed. Assuming this means there are 4 holes through the whole book and a decent size stain I am thinking it's more like 4.0 . The front cover looks great.

I was thinking 4.0 as well with an outside shot at 4.5 depending on how they handle the stain. Fantastic book though!
