Stolen book? Fishy Craigslist encounter...

I post ads on Craigs list every month or so... just received an offer to purchase this book for a suspiciously low price. Seems super fishy...

 

Anyone have any idea if this book has been reported stolen?

just meet in person in a public place near a police station, pay in cash, and call it a day.

 

if he'll meet near the police station, you're probably good to go.

He was responding to my e-mails immediately... until I asked him to take a camera pic of the case at a different angle so I could judge the condition of the case

 

No response. Guessing 'this' is done. Btw, he wanted $2,000 for this...

Never trust CL. I aint getting murdered for anyone. Another good place to meet at besides the police station is a fire house. Cause if they do hurt you, you will have an emt right there.
