Ezra Miller Describes The Flash's Relationship With Batman In Justice League

We only got a taste of what The Flash-Batman relationship will be like in Justice League when we saw Barry's first encounter with Bruce, who broke into his apartment so that he could recruit the speedster. While promoting Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Miller provided more details on how the Scarlet Speedster gets along with The Dark Knight.

"I think it's the relationship between someone who is naive and excited and someone who is experienced and jaded," Miller told IGN. "And it's that seeing each other as reflections of one another and being amused and maybe sometimes annoyed by one another. I think Bruce and Barry get a kick out of each other because they're seeing sort of themselves but reflected in this very warped mirror. Bruce, the aged Batman, is everything that being a superhero means you could become, in terms of being pretty shut down and having seen all this horror. He's like a veteran of this struggle against evil. And Barry is just getting into it, and it seems exciting! And very fun! And so, I think they have a lot to learn from each other, like in any great friendship. I think it's a fascinating relationship."

Green Lantern Rumored For Justice League

In a recent article covering what is known about Justice League thus far, The Wrap says "a member of the Green Lantern Corps. will be seen in Justice League in a key sequence."

Up until now the studio has all but completely denied that Green Lantern is even a part of this current phase of DC films, as Green Lantern Corps isn't scheduled to hit until 2020. Many assumed that was in part due to the poor performance of their previous Green Lantern film.

If there is going to be a Lantern in Justice League, which would be a great way to reintroduce the character to the film audience, it will most likely be Hal Jordan, who would hopefully be a part of whatever the Justice League sequel turns out to be.

Previous rumors point towards multiple Green Lanterns from sector 2814 in the eventual Green Lantern Corp film, likely consisting of John Stewart, Hal, and possibly either Guy Gardner and Kyle Raynor.

Jamie Dornan Rumored For Green Lantern In Justice League

uhUTypb.png

Following Green Lantern being rumored for the Justice League movie, it's now being said Jamie Dornan is up to play Green Lantern.

A Twitter feed posted a "casting alert" that Jamie Dornan is in talks with Warner Bros. Pictures and director Zack Snyder for Green Lantern.

It's obviously unknown if the information is legit, but Jamie Dornan is said to possibly be getting replaced on the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise. Maybe Jamie Dornan is going to play the new Green Lantern Hal Jordan for Zack Snyder in Justice League?

It is possible that Jamie Dornan could still sitck with the Fifty Shades franchise and play Green Lantern at the same time as he could film small cameo roles for Justice League and wouldn't be needed for the Green Lantern Corps movie until 2019 or 2020.

RUMOR: Has THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. Actor Armie Hammer Joined The DC Films Universe?

9c301ec613cc9c3b727ea64cdf0e979618581905d1bd22c67d0ebdeada6c8bed.jpg

Earlier today, fans on Twitter noticed that CCO of DC Comics and co-head of DC Films, Geoff Johns and Justice League's Joe Manganiello (Deathstoke) followed Armie Hammer's official Twitter account. What does this mean exactly? Well, even though it's a stretch, it is possible that Hammer is currently involved with DC Films in some capacity. This could also mean that the actor has either joined Ben Affleck's upcoming Batman film, or Zack Snyder's Justice League. Could he be Green Lantern Hal Jordan? We'll just have to wait and see.

This wouldn't be Hammer's first time dealing with Warner Bros. and DC. Back in 2009, he was set to take on the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman in George Miller's cancelled Justice League: Mortal. He also recently starred alongside Henry Cavill (Superman) in Guy Ritchie's film adaptation of the 1964 television series, The Man from U.N.C.L.E.

Justice League Promo Coming Real Soon

Thankfully Zack Snyder took a selfie with user Mikah McAllister and supposedly shared some exciting Justice League info with him.

According to the Instagram post, we should be seeing at least a new promo by the end of the year, meaning next week! A new Justice League trailer with more shots of Jason Momoa as Aquaman would be the perfect Christmas gift!

Warner Bros. and DC Films released a new photo from the upcoming Justice League movie on Tuesday morning. There was little context surrounding it but having visited the set, Comicbook.com can flesh out some details of the scene.

Batman, The Flash, and Wonder Woman are in a Gotham ventilation tower in this photo. It was a massive set built for an action scene. The group gets word of a parademon nest after a conversation with Commissioner Gordon and set out in Batman's new four-legged Crawler vehicle (a formidable spider-like tank which can crawl up walls).

Digging their way through a tunnel to the ventilation shaft on (or near) Stryker's Island, Batman's Crawler uses various weapons to fend off ravenous parademons trying to attack them. Once inside, they find a massive horde of the creatures and fight their way out, including a sequence on a long and broken bridge outside of the shaft.

Eventually, the Crawler ends up buried in water as the ventilation shaft presumably ends up flooded. Cue: Aquaman's entrance? It sure does look like someone made a surprising entrance by tossing Wonder Woman's shield down there! In any case, concept art showed the three heroes standing on top of the Crawler as it became consumed by water.
